Return and refund policy
16 Degree Below return policy allows you to return items if you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective products within the specified return period.
Return Period: Returns should be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at (Mail ID)
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
16 Degree Below will not process returns if the product is damaged or if it’s returned without its original packaging, price tags, and labels. All returned items are subject to a quality check before approval.
Return Procedure
1. Contact us at (Mail) to initiate the return.
2. Share images of the product for verification of your claim.
3. Once verified, we will start the return process. After receiving the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check before we process a refund or exchange.
4. Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Payment method for a refund:
Prepaid Orders:
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The refund process typically takes 5–7 working days, with an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds will be initiated once the product is received at our source hub.
COD Orders:
For COD orders, customers are required to verify their payment details via email. Once the refund claim and details are verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
